Ann (“Annie”) Russo is the firm’s office manager, as well as an executive legal secretary with over 30 years of experience supporting attorneys in multi-party complex civil litigation in both state and federal courts. Annie has worked with Alexander “Trey” Robertson since she joined the firm in 1989.

Annie attended the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Legal Secretary School, and earned her legal secretary certificate from West Valley Occupational Center, located in Woodland Hills,
California.

Annie brings her vast experience in handling wildfire cases, mass tort litigation, class action
cases, including multi-district and JCCP litigation, making her an integral part of our team and
success. She is involved with client contacts from beginning to end.
