About

Mark J. Uyeno has been practicing law for over 20 years and has worked with
Alexander “Trey” Robertson for close to 20 of those years. Originally hailing from
Orange County, Mark graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in Political Science, with a minor in Psychology. Thereafter, Mark
relocated to the Bay Area where he received his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate
University School of Law along with a Certificate in Environmental Law with
Distinction and was a recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award in California
Environmental Law. Prior to joining Robertson & Associates, Mark worked on
environmental and mass tort cases with the late Ed Masry at Masry & Vititoe, the
firm depicted in the movie “Erin Brockovich”. At Robertson & Associates, Mark
has vast experience handling fire cases, class action cases, construction defect
law, mass tort litigation, toxic tort litigation, environmental law, personal injury
law and business litigation.
Mark is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice law in
California and the United States District Court, Central District of California and
the United States District Court, Southern District of California.
